Military historian Glenn Williams discusses his latest book Dunmore's War which examine's the last time that colonial militia took the field under royal control.


March 8, 2018

Robert Ulrich will present a colorful presentation on Henry Knox and His Noble Train of Artillery:

With the British under siege in Boston, a young civilian bookstore owner approaches General Washington with a plan to drag 60 tons of artillery from the newly won Ft Ticonderoga to the Dorchester Heights of Boston. It worked, and much more would follow as Henry Knox quickly took over all artillery needs for the new American army.  Discover the interesting and critical story of one of our lesser known founding fathers, including the Society of the Cincinnati which he created, and which still exists to this day.
